Size sets the swing
A 400k coin and a 400M coin are not the same animal. Current market cap picks the hourly swing the plan assumes — 22% an hour down in the trenches, 3.5% up at the top.

Tell it what you're holding. It sets a take profit, a stop loss, and the one number nobody gives you: how many hours you can actually be gone. Then it counts you down.
Market caps, not prices — that's how you already think about these. Type them the way you'd say them: 2.1m, 850k, 1.4b.
A coin doesn't drift somewhere in eight hours — it wanders. Wandering scales with the square root of time, not with time itself. Double the sleep, and you only widen the swing by about 40%. That's the whole trick, and it's why "just wake up at 6" was never the answer.

Sleep hours = (how far your stop sits ÷ hourly swing)². A stop 40% away on a 22%/hour coin buys about three hours. On a major, the same maths buys you the whole night.
Want longer than the position allows? You don't move the stop — you trim. The plan tells you what percentage to sell now so the rest can sleep the full window.
Set at the first round number above a tier-appropriate multiple of where you are now — 2× in the trenches, 1.3× on a major. Round numbers because that's where the book sits.
A tier-width drawdown below current. Once you're up 1.5× or more it never goes below your entry again — past that point you're playing with the house's money and the plan refuses to give it back.
The CDC put numbers on it in 2024: 30.5% of American adults sleep under seven hours, 15.4% have trouble falling asleep, 18.1% can't stay asleep. Most of them aren't watching a chart — they just have a phone and a reason to hold it. You have both, plus a position.
sleep under 7 hours
can't fall asleep
can't stay asleep
While this was being built, "People Share Relentless Sleep Struggles and Fatigue" was a live trend on X — hundreds of people describing the same thing, most of them holding nothing more dangerous than a phone.

Nothing here touches a wallet, a key, or an exchange. It writes the plan; you go and set the limit and the stop yourself, before you lie down. A plan you didn't place is a wish.
Sleep mode is a nightlight with a countdown. Browsers throttle background tabs and phones lock. Set the alarm in the actual alarm app, then start the countdown.
There's no price feed here — you type the numbers, and the swing assumptions come from market cap tier, not from your chart. A coin mid-migration behaves like nothing in the table.
If the honest answer is "this position can't be left alone for eight hours", it says so and tells you what to sell. Sometimes the sleep plan is: close it.
100% of the fees this project earns go to the Lung Cancer Foundation of America, through their page on donate.gg. Not to a treasury, not to a wallet of ours, not "a portion" — the whole thing.
of fees, donated
The leading cause of cancer death in the US — about one in five. Five-year survival has climbed from 15% to 27% since the late nineties, because research moved it. LCFA funds that research.
Donations go via donate.gg's page for the charity, so the money lands with LCFA rather than passing through us first.
